Hypnoanalysis

Hypnoanalysis is a method of psychological analysis that combines elements of hypnosis and analysis of ordinary situations in everyday life. This method was developed by Vladimir Levi, a psychiatrist and psychologist, and allows you to explore a person’s internal conflicts and experiences, as well as identify and eliminate their causes and sources.

The purpose of hypnoanalysis is the opportunity to study unconscious processes associated with the formation of a particular psychological phenomenon. Hypnoanalysis must be carried out by a specialist with the appropriate qualifications.

Hypnotic states have a deeper level of depth and can provide access to memories that may otherwise be inaccessible or deeply hidden. In some cases, hypnosis can be used as a therapeutic tool.

The basic idea of hypnoanalysis is to use hypnotic techniques to access unconscious levels of the psyche to gain access to unconscious thoughts and emotions. This leads to a deeper understanding of both our actions and our emotions, which can ultimately help us become aware of our problems and achieve greater freedom and well-being. Unlike traditional methods of therapy, hypnoanalysis allows you to analyze several aspects of personality simultaneously, which makes it a more effective and comprehensive study tool.
