Hysteriform Disorders

**Hysteriform disorder** is a mental illness that is characterized by changes in the emotional sphere of a person. It manifests itself in the form of frequent and unreasonable attacks of aggression, tearfulness, hysteria and other symptoms. Such changes can affect the patient's quality of life and relationships with others, so it is important to diagnose and treat this condition in a timely manner.

People of different ages and genders are susceptible to hysteriform disorders, but most often they occur in women aged 16 to 35 years. The main reason for the occurrence of such conditions is an imbalance between the processes of excitation and inhibition of the nervous system, which leads to excessive excitability and inadequate response to external stimuli. In addition, mental trauma, stress, excessive alcohol or drug use, and other environmental factors can lead to hysteria.

Symptoms of hysterical disorder are manifested by sudden attacks of aggression, resentment, crying, refusal of contact with loved ones and society as a whole.
