The person providing first aid must contact government officials (police, etc.) as a member of the Red Cross Union who wants to help the victims. Don't feel offended if your help is rejected.
At the same time, you can provide invaluable assistance:
help move casualties with minor injuries to ensure access to severely injured ones;
. notify workers or residents of nearby houses about possible danger;
• just be there, offer a blanket, water, and reassure the victims. During any work, safety is a top priority because there may be many risk factors at the scene. Therefore, everyone should be well aware of the rules of conduct in disaster areas.
