Inesprin

Inesprin: Anti-inflammatory salicylic acid made in Spain

In the world of pharmaceuticals, there are many drugs designed to combat various diseases. One of these drugs is Inesprin, produced in Spain and belonging to the group of anti-inflammatory drugs based on salicylic acid derivatives.

Injesprin is produced by Andromaco SA laboratories in the form of granules for oral administration, as well as in powder form for the preparation of an injection solution. The active ingredient of the drug is lysine acetylsalicylate. It has anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic properties. Inesprin is used to relieve fever, eliminate pain (including rheumatic pain) and prevent thrombosis.

Like any other medication, Inesprin has its contraindications. It is not recommended to use the drug in case of hypersensitivity to its components, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, as well as in diseases accompanied by hemorrhagic syndrome. You should also avoid using Inesprin in the third trimester of pregnancy.

When using Inesprin, side effects may occur, including dyspeptic symptoms, gastrointestinal ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, hemorrhagic syndrome, tinnitus, hearing loss, headaches and allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis, rash and bronchospasm.

It is worth paying attention to the interaction of Inesprin with other drugs. It can enhance the effect of methotrexate and oral hypoglycemic agents, and weaken the effect of uricosuric drugs. When Inesprin is used simultaneously with direct and indirect anticoagulants, the risk of bleeding increases.

In case of an overdose of Inesprin, symptoms such as tinnitus, hearing loss and severe headaches may appear. Treatment consists of correcting the acid-base state of the body, for example, using infusions of sodium bicarbonate and citrate solutions.

When using Inesprin, you should be careful in the presence of gastroduodenal ulcerative diseases, but I do not have exact information about the availability of Inesprin on the market after 2021, since my knowledge base is updated until September 2021. I recommend consulting pharmaceutical and medical sources or consulting with your doctor or pharmacy to obtain current information on the current availability and use of Inesprin.
