**Strangulation** is a term meaning a sudden and violent reduction of the entrance of the ureteric organ through the high lateral opening of the ureteric orifice. As a result, irritation and ulcerative inflammation of the ureteric funnel occurs, which causes uremia.

**The ureter of the urinary system** is almost 30 cm long and passes through the nasal cavity into the kidney. The ureters have an arched tubular structure, and its outer diameter is about 7–12 mm. Two-thirds of the length of the ureters are located outside the wall of the pas, where they have a dorsoventral direction, two-thirds are located in the abdominal cavity, where their direction becomes lateral. When filling the urinary
