Treatment of iododerma is aimed at preventing the development of complications through surgery and drainage of the lesion with purulent-necrotic masses. If the patient's disease is in the early stages, treatment can be surgical. If it is performed in case of advanced iodoform, the operation does not guarantee a complete cure. In degrees 3 and 4, the process is usually irreversible and ends in the death of the patient.
