Iprene: an anti-inflammatory drug based on ibuprofen

However, Iprene has a number of contraindications and side effects that must be taken into account when using it. For example, it is not recommended to take it for gastric and duodenal ulcers in the acute phase, “aspirin” asthma, hemorrhagic diathesis, heart failure, pregnancy and breastfeeding. Side effects may also occur, such as dyspeptic disorders, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, headache, dizziness, increased blood pressure and others.

It is worth noting that Iprene can interact with other drugs, for example, reduce the antihypertensive activity of ACE inhibitors, as well as increase the toxicity of methotrexate and lithium preparations.
