Ishuria Paradoxical

Ishuria is a rare urological disease characterized by chronic accumulation of urine in the bladder. It is common in older people and may be due to infection, stones, or other causes. This condition is characterized by chronic inflammation, which reduces the bladder's ability to hold urine. A paradoxical example is the case where the bladder retains its ability to hold urine, but cannot completely remove it. The reason for this paradox is unknown, but may be relevant to some infectious diseases. Clinically, this condition is manifested by impaired renal function, increased blood pressure and the risk of developing a urinary tract infection. Treatment for paradoxical ischuria depends on the cause, but may sometimes include surgery to remove stones or bladder catheterization. Overall, ischuria is a serious urological disorder that can lead to serious complications such as infection and chronic kidney failure if not treated promptly.
