Joint False Congenital

Congenital false joint is a congenital anomaly of joint development. It is formed due to a violation of embryogenesis and is often accompanied by a lack of connective tissue. In the world, it almost always ends in disability or death. Most pathologies are recorded in the hip joint. Congenital pseudarthrosis of the femur accounts for 50% of all cases of this pathology. Congenital false joints of the tibia are rare. Among them, isolated deformations predominate rather than multiple ones. Deformations of these joints are caused by both quantitative and qualitative deficiencies in their development.
