Castration of the radial (from Latin radii - ray), or radial (from Latin radius - wheel spoke), canal (fissura radialis, fissura radiocarotis; synonym: Lischana-Graffer gap, radium), is a surgical operation associated with restoring integrity radial bone with the femoral bone (in its proximal section), as a result of which the functional and anatomical relationship of the limb and the radial and ulnar nerves is restored.
