Follicular keratoma is a benign skin neoplasm, which is an accumulation of keratinized cells with dilated openings of the sebaceous glands. This type of tumor can be of epidermoid differentiation or innovative. The formation has clearly defined boundaries, a characteristic pink color, and a lumpy surface. Folliculomas are located in the skin throughout the head and torso or in the armpit. Tumors can be single or multiple, but never recur and are not accompanied by pain.
