Cineangiocardiography (Cineangiocardiography)

Cinema angiocardiography is a type of angiocardiography in which a series of radiographs obtained are recorded on film. Upon further viewing of the film, the doctor can observe the dynamics of the heart.

Cinema angiocardiography allows you to study in detail the contractile function of the heart, the movement of the heart walls, the condition of the valves and coronary arteries. Compared to conventional angiography, cine angiocardiography provides more complete information about the work of the heart due to the ability to view the recording in slow motion and stop the necessary frames.

Cinema angiocardiography is widely used to diagnose various heart diseases, such as coronary heart disease, heart defects, and cardiomyopathies. It allows you to determine the patient’s treatment tactics and evaluate the effectiveness of heart surgeries.

Cinema angiocardiography is a type of angiocardiography. Cineangiocardiography is a type of angiography in which a series of X-ray images obtained is recorded on film. In the future, when viewing the film, the doctor can see the heart in motion. This technique allows you to evaluate the functioning of the heart and its valves over time, which helps diagnose various diseases of the cardiovascular system.

When performing cineangiocardiography, the patient is in a supine position, and the doctor takes a series of radiographs in different projections. The resulting images are then recorded on film, allowing the heart to be seen in real time.

Cinema angiocardiography is a very informative technique that helps identify various diseases of the heart and blood vessels. It allows you to assess the condition of the heart valves, the functioning of the left and right ventricles, and also identify blood flow disorders.

In addition, cineangiocardiography can be used to assess the effectiveness of treatment. For example, after heart surgery, a doctor may evaluate how well the heart is functioning after surgery.

In general, cine angiocardiography is a very useful and informative technique that allows you to diagnose diseases of the cardiovascular system and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment.

Cine angiocarography (CAK), also known as dynamic left ventricular scintigraphy, is a method for diagnosing heart failure performed in patients with shortness of breath and signs of left ventricular dysfunction. The method is based on recording and visual assessment of the contractile function of the left ventricular wall and its filling with blood. A special catheter inserted into the pulmonary artery makes it possible to obtain serial images of the chambers of the heart and identify abnormalities in its functioning. The diagnostic test is carried out within 3 hours. The patient is then subjected to fluoroscopy to determine the degree of discrepancy between the functioning of the heart and lungs. It is known that changes in myocardial contractility are the basis for the development of heart failure, therefore this type of examination is becoming increasingly widespread among cardiologists. The study is especially useful for the timely detection of severe forms of chronic heart failure and determination of its severity among patients at risk. One of the effective methods of treating heart failure is surgery aimed at removing one or another part of the heart muscle - an aneurysm, etc. During the operation, it is cardiologists who need to understand exactly which part of the patient’s heart muscle is not working. This is quite difficult to do, since in almost 25% of patients the heart muscle tissue is not sufficiently sensitive to stimulation. To facilitate the process of establishing the boundaries of the damaged area, doctors use special medications. But since they seriously affect the functioning of the patient’s cardiovascular system, their dosage, and often the prescription itself, in this case is possible only after scintiography of the cardiovascular blood flow. Most often, radioactive drugs and radiolabeled colloids administered through the bloodstream are used for this purpose. As a result, it is possible to determine the place of contact of the myocardium with a healthy heart. And this makes it possible to select the dosage of drugs and choose the best method of their administration. In people suffering from chronic heart failure, monitor
