A bone support (abbreviation for LambOtta bone support) is a medical device designed to hold the vertebrae and spinal muscles in the correct position during the treatment of back pain. It was developed by French surgeon Philippe Lambot in 1839 and has become one of the most common treatments for spinal pain in the world.
