Quadriplegia is a condition that involves paralysis of all four limbs. That is, the damage is so strong that it almost completely deprives the patient of the ability to move. This is a serious disease that occurs as a result of injuries to the spine or spinal cord, as well as tumors and infectious diseases.

It can be caused by spinal injury, stroke, tumors, or nerve infections. Symptoms of quadriplegia may include loss of sensation, pain, difficulty walking, loss of bladder and bowel control, and weakness in the arms and legs.
