Kypholordosis

Kypholordosis is a postural disorder in which the spine is shaped like the letter S or C. It occurs due to incorrect body position and can lead to various diseases, such as scoliosis, osteochondrosis, intervertebral hernia, etc.

Kypholordosis can be caused by various factors, including incorrect body position during work or rest, insufficient physical activity, obesity, genetic factors, etc.

Symptoms of kypholordosis may include pain in the back, neck, shoulders and arms, as well as headaches and dizziness. Breathing and digestive problems may also occur.

To treat kypholordosis, you must consult an orthopedic doctor or chiropractor. They may prescribe physical therapy, massage, exercise therapy, and other treatments. It is also important to change your lifestyle and eat right to improve the condition of your spine and prevent the development of diseases.

Kypholordosis is a deformation of the cervical spine, in which the angle between the axis of the vertebrae and the body becomes obtuse and unstable.

It is usually combined with scoliosis, uniformly curving the spine due to impaired muscle tone. It is most often detected in adolescence and is associated with gait disturbances in children without visual impairments. Sometimes the diagnosis can have specific forms and manifestations, but one of the main diagnostic methods is x-ray and computed tomography, which help to identify characteristic changes in the structure of the bone. Depending on the cause of its appearance, kypholordosis can be either a reversible condition or a disabling one.
