Coronary artery Left
The right coronary artery (a. corona radiata), also known as the posterior cerebral artery, is a branch of the anterior cerebral artery and is the largest artery supplying the brain. It supplies blood to the left parietal lobe, left occipital lobe, superior temporal lobe, and left hemispheric surface of the pituitary gland. The artery receives many sinuses and capillary branches from the internal carotid artery along its path. It also divides into three main branches, including the occipital anterior cerebral artery, the frontal branch, and the temporal root. Each of these three cortico-cortical branches of the arterial system of the brain supplies a specific part of the left hemisphere of the brain with blood, providing regulation of blood supply to different areas of the brain. Accordingly, damage or narrowing of this artery can cause problems with memory, thinking, perception and other
