Pulmonary Plexus

The pulmonary plexus (pneumoplexy) is a complex of blood vessels, nerve endings and tissues that are found in the lungs. It is an important element in the regulation of breathing and lung function, and also plays a key role in the treatment of many lung diseases.

The plexus is made up of several components, including arterial and venous vessels, lymphatic vessels, and nerves. All of these elements are closely related and work together to support healthy breathing.
