Aphthous fever

Fever aphthosis, f. aphthous or aphtozygo is an infectious disease caused by one of the types of streptococci, with damage to the mucous membranes of the mouth and the appearance of single, small aphthae (aphthae), prone to merging into aphthae. The disease is accompanied by fever and sore throat. There is also “aftoxemia” - a subacute skin disease accompanied by the formation of pinpoint erythematous red spots.
