And one of the common diseases is lipalgia - pain in muscles or joints that does not disappear even after rest or therapy. What is lipalgia and how to treat it?

Lipalgia or lipalgia (Latin: lipalgia or lipalgia) refers to the field of medicine and describes pain in any of the muscles or joints of the body. At the same time, the term “lipalgia” was coined not so long ago, at the end of the 20th century. Previously, this type of pain was simply called "myoenthesis" (from the Greek myos - muscle and zoe - life). Lipalgia can be caused by a variety of factors, including stress, exercise, injury, and other illnesses.

One of the main causes of lipalgia is physical stress on muscles and joints, such as running, weightlifting.
