Lichen Planus Actinic

Lichen planus nonvaricella Actinic or lichen planus is a non-infectious inflammatory skin disease. Lichenification begins with the appearance of erythema or pink spots that quickly develop into yellowish scales (lichenoid papules). Itching or soreness may occur. Subjective symptoms may appear: a feeling of itching, dryness, burning, periodic exacerbations in winter and summer. The most characteristic sign of this disease is multiple symmetrical lesions on the skin of the face, scalp, extensor surface of the arms and legs, in the décolleté area, and less commonly on the front surface of the torso and hands.
