Lupus tuberculosis is an inflammatory skin disease, prone to chronic relapsing course, characterized by a polymorphic rash and damage to the lymphatic vessels. Occurs after a previous and unidentified cutaneous form of tuberculosis or hematogenous introduction of the Koch bacillus.
