Lymphogranuloma

Lymphogranulomatosis, or lymphogranuloma (LGM), is an infectious disease caused by a special type of bacterium - Bartonella.

Lymphogranulomatous infection is one of the most common bacterial infections in the world. The bacterium that causes the disease is transmitted through the bites of mosquitoes and other insects, as well as through blood.

Symptoms of the disease include fever, fatigue, joint pain, swollen lymph nodes and other signs of infection. In some cases, the disease can lead to serious complications such as kidney failure or meningitis.

Treatment for PGM includes taking antibiotics such as tetracycline or doxycycline. Surgery may also be required to remove infected lymph nodes.

It is important to note that LGM can be hazardous to health, so if symptoms appear, you should consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
