Macrophalangia [Macrophalangia; Macro + Greek Phalanx, Phalanges Phalanx (Fingers)]

Macrophalangy is a developmental anomaly that is characterized by excessive length of the phalanges of the fingers. It can be caused by various factors such as genetic disorders, environmental exposures or trauma.
