Unfortunately, we get not only good things from the sun, but also bad things; UVA rays are precisely the bad things and what we need to protect our skin from. These rays penetrate into the deep layers of the skin, harming it; in general, the skin ages, becomes flabby and loses elasticity.

First, I will show you 3 products that I use on the beach:

1. Gentle emulsion ultra protection spf 50, sun protection, Med Response from "36.6" cosmetic research laboratory rus-russia (200 ml).




The emulsion from Med Response has an ultra-high degree of protection of 50 spf. Typically, this level of protection is used by blondes, those with thin skin with closely spaced capillaries, children, or simply on certain parts of the body that are more susceptible to the sun. According to the manufacturer, this emulsion protects from almost all UVA/UVB radiation, and one of the ingredients, Monoi de Tahiti oil, protects the skin from both rays and wind and sand. The composition also contains coconut and peach oil, which prevents irritation, burns and peeling.
My application: When I go to the beach for the first day, I apply Med Response emulsion all over my body. Since this emulsion has a very high degree of protection, white streaks on the skin cannot be avoided, so it is better to wait until everything is absorbed and then leave the room. After half an hour in the sun, I apply the emulsion again. On the first day I try not to exceed 1.5 hours in the sun and do without the sea. As for sea water, I believe that after splashing in the sea you should immediately take a shower or plunge into the pool and renew the cream or emulsion again.
My perception: This emulsion has a very dense white color, when applied it feels like you are spreading flour and water over your body. Leaves white stains (like any product with a high degree of protection). Has an unobtrusive fresh scent.
Degree of protection: 50 spf. Ideally protects. With this product, my forehead, nose, and knees have never burned. Doesn't moisturize well.

2. Solar Expertise Sunscreen oil spf30 from L’Oréal Paris (150 ml).




Solar Expertise sunscreen oil has a protection level of 30 spf, which for me is the optimal level at which the skin is protected and the product does not interfere with tanning. The oil is easily distributed over the skin, and with the help of a spray, the product is used less and lasts longer. Solar Expertise also contains almond oil, which moisturizes the skin and even if you don’t have after-sun milk, your skin will remain moisturized after using this oil.
My application: When I go to the beach on the second day, I already use Solar Expertise oil, but if I apply the emulsion while still in the room, then I apply the oil already on the beach (so as not to stain all my clothes). I distribute it generously throughout the body, the oil is absorbed slowly and its protection lasts longer, but I still renew any product every half hour so that the skin does not dry out. If you have oily skin and have pimples, then you can probably renew the oil less often, or perhaps the oil will not suit you at all. Plus, I don’t forget about the emulsion with 50 spf protection and in the room I apply it on the forehead, shoulders, nose, i.e. to more vulnerable areas. This way I get a mix of 30spf and 50spf protection.
My perception: Solar Expertise oil is quite liquid, colorless and transparent. but it seems heavy, because It sprays very poorly from the dispenser. In general, the dispenser is useless; you still have to distribute everything evenly over the skin. The smell is very pleasant, so sweet. I read in reviews that it smells like alcohol, I don’t know, I didn’t smell the alcohol.
Degree of protection: 30spf. Considered an increased degree of protection. But for me this is average, optimal, not super powerful, with such protection you can get burned.

3. Tanning oil with traditional scent Ambre Solaire from Garnier (200ml).




Ambre Solaire intensive tanning oil is suitable for dark-skinned girls or for skin already prepared for intense tanning, but in any case, no matter what kind of skin you have in the first days, it is better to use a product with an increased degree of protection. The degree of protection of this product does not exceed 2spf. Personally, even after sunbathing for several days, I do not use this product on its own. The health of my skin is more important to me than a tan like Biense.
My application: I used this oil on the last 2 days at sea, when the tan had already appeared on me, my skin had gotten used to it and there were no hints of burns or peeling. I no longer use 50spf protection, but I still apply L'Oreal 30spf oil to vulnerable areas. I apply Ambre Solaire oil generously all over my body. This product really works, the tan just sticks with it.
My perception: The oil is liquid, but fatty and dense. It has a clear brown tint, this is a minus, I was afraid of getting my swimsuit dirty. It is easy to apply to the skin, without streaks, it does not give a tint to the skin, it did not give mine, I don’t know how it will behave on super-light skin. The bottle says it has a traditional smell, I don’t know what it is, but it smells pleasant, sweet, something like vanilla. The dispenser is ordinary, you need to pour the oil into your hand and then rub it over your body (this was not a problem for me). By the way, oil jars almost immediately become oily and can stain your bag, so it’s better to carry napkins with you and wipe the jars or carry oil in a bag.
Degree of protection: Not spf. In other words, there is no protection, so only for prepared skin.

4. After Sun milk after the sun from Evo (100 ml).




This milk moisturizes the skin very well after sunbathing. The manufacturer promises a cooling effect, but I personally did not feel any cooling in this product.
My application: I apply immediately after the beach and shower to damp skin. Absorbs quickly and does not stain clothes. In my opinion, it acts as a moisturizer and if you get very burnt, this product will not help. But if you tan properly, then it’s quite enough. It moisturizes and softens really well.
My perception: Evo milk looks like any other body milk, more liquid than cream. The color is white, it distributes well, does not leave streaks. It is quickly absorbed without leaving a film on the body. The smell is not very pleasant for my taste, but it evaporates quickly on the skin.

5. Toning cryo-gel after sun with ice cube effect, Med Respons sun protection from "36.6" cosmetic research laboratory rus-russia (150 ml).
The product promises to soothe the skin, restore skin hydration levels, fix and prolong the tan, preparing the skin for sun exposure the next day. BUT, attention: I only felt cooling. That is, the ice cube effect overshadows all other properties. Last vacation, I got a little toasty and, unknowingly, got covered in this “miracle.” Girls, I almost froze to death. I haven’t felt so cold even in Surgut at -35. And this product still doesn’t wash off, I ran into a hot shower to wash everything off myself, but it felt like spring water was being poured on me. So be careful, it is really very unpleasant and even painful.
My application: Having learned from my bitter experience, I apply this product minimally, after I have moisturized my entire skin with after-sun milk. Mainly on protruding parts of the body; nose, forehead, shoulders, knees. Yes, this cryo-gel really works, perfectly moisturizes, relieves heat and burning from burnt areas.
My perception: In general, I don’t like gels. All of them (and this one is no exception) lie on the skin like a nasty film, they apply well, but they are sticky and are absorbed gradually. The consistency is quite thick, jelly-like, transparent, but cloudy and has a whitish tint. The smell is pungent, it smells like all mint herbs, menthol and something bitter. The annoying smell also disappears gradually.
