  5. Ice from raspberry leaves: fresh raspberry leaves are poured with boiling water and left for half an hour. The resulting broth is filtered and poured into molds. The cosmetic ice is ready. This ice helps get rid of wrinkles.
  6. Cucumber-based ice: grate the cucumber on a fine grater, add a little boiled water. Fill the molds with the resulting mixture and freeze. Cucumber ice has a rejuvenating and whitening effect.

In general, cosmetic ice can be made from almost anything: it can be any vegetables, fruits, berries. You can add essential oils.

We perform massage with cosmetic ice

It is most effective to perform a massage after visiting a bathhouse or after a hot compress.

  1. To do this, take a towel, dip it in hot boiled water, wring it out and apply it to your face. Keep the compress on your face until the towel cools down.
