Despite the fact that the embryonic uterus is an important stage in the development of the uterus, its presence is not a pathology. It can be detected in women in early pregnancy or during ultrasound examination. In most cases, the embryonic uterus disappears on its own within a few weeks after the birth of the child.

However, sometimes the embryonic uterus can cause problems during pregnancy. For example, if it is too small or improperly formed, it can lead to miscarriage or other pregnancy complications. Also, the embryonic uterus can cause complications during childbirth, such as premature birth or weakness of labor.
