Dosage forms - concentrate for the preparation of infusion solution 10 mg/ml

Composition - Active substance - vinorelbine.

Indications for use: Inoperable non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer.

Contraindications - Impaired liver and kidney function, granulocytopenia, pregnancy, lactation.

Side effects - Granulocytopenia, anemia, nausea, vomiting, constipation, decreased osteotendon reflexes, paresthesia, weakness in the lower extremities, jaw pain, paralytic ileus, bronchospastic reactions, alopecia, phlebitis at the injection site.

Interaction - The antitumor effect is enhanced by cisplatin.

Overdose - Symptoms: severe granulocytopenia with the development of neutropenic fever and superinfection. Treatment: transfusion of a preserved mixture of granulocytes, administration of colony-stimulating factors to improve granulocytopoiesis, antibacterial therapy for superinfection.

Special instructions - Dynamic monitoring of peripheral blood parameters and biochemical indicators of liver function is recommended.
