Stefalin is a medicinal product, which, according to the manufacturer, consists exclusively of natural extracts of herbs, roots, fruits, without the addition of any chemical impurities or auxiliary compounds. Most of the raw materials for the drug are collected in ecologically clean areas of the Carpathians.

Stefalin ointment helps get rid of such tumors:

  1. simple or vulgar warts;
  2. plantar warts or spines;
  3. filamentous papillomas;
  4. genital warts;
  5. flat or teenage warts.

According to the official website, Stefalin ointment is used to treat not only the types of papillomas described above, but also to remove moles and melanomas. However, as oncologists note, removing moles and melanomas at home is strictly prohibited! Treatment of these neoplasms must be carried out exclusively under the supervision of medical personnel in a medical facility. Otherwise, this can lead to serious oncological consequences.

Stefalin ointment for papillomas contains the following extracts and squeezes:

  1. Common aspen. It is full of glycosides - compounds that have no synthetic substitutes. They have a very strong disinfectant and analgesic effect. It also contains organic acids that cleanse the skin of toxic substances, normalize metabolic processes, and restore blood circulation. There are also potent fatty acids, oils, bitterness, tannins, vitamins C and A, and phenolcarbon compounds.
  2. Ivy. It contains fructose, glucose, gum, flavonoids, organic acids, iodine, resins, pectins, tannins. They give plants a strong antibacterial effect, are able to disinfect wounds, help them heal, and drain purulent masses in case of severe bacterial infection.
  3. Buttercup anemone. The medicinal properties of this plant include enhancing the reproductive function of women and normalizing their menstrual cycle, treating sexual weakness in men, treating migraines, and combating respiratory diseases. The presence of this component in Stefalin ointment is due to the fact that anemone has a bactericidal and diaphoretic effect on the skin, has an analgesic effect and antifungal properties.
  4. Burdock. The plant is rich in inulin, tannins, bitterness, essential oils, and organic acids. It also contains mineral salts, proteins, sugars, B vitamins, and large amounts of vitamin C. Burdock removes excess fluid from the epidermis, which helps dry out skin growths and reduce swelling. The plant is included in preparations for eczema, acne, lichen, boils, and diathesis.
  5. Celandine. One of the most popular plants used to treat warts, condylomas and papillomas. As a component, Stefalin has a strong cauterizing effect on the epidermis. In other products it is used to treat dermatitis, eczema, and acne.
  6. Alpine sundew. It is a very strong antiviral and antibacterial agent that can resist streptococci and staphylococci. It is actively used to remove papillomas, combat calluses and other epidermal neoplasms.
  7. Spring cleaner. It contains saponins, vitamins C and B, a small amount of starch, sugars, carotene and protoanemonin. Plants are used in the treatment of bronchitis, tracheitis, gastrointestinal diseases, and oral ailments. Cosmetologists and dermatologists value the plant extract for its ability to cope with skin rashes, diathesis, acne, abrasions, wounds, warts, thanks to these properties it is present in Stefalin.

The ointment is classified as a traditional medicine, so Stefalin cannot be purchased at a pharmacy; it is distributed only through authorized Internet representatives.

The ointment is dark green in color and has a cream-like consistency. It has a strong and pungent smell of medicinal herbs. Available in dark glass vials with plastic caps, volumes of 2 ml, 5 ml and 10 ml.

Stefalin's price is from 2400 rubles/2ml, from 4800 rubles/5ml, from 6000 rubles/10ml in Russia (from 200, 400, 600 hryvnia, respectively, in Ukraine).

Stefalin's analogues are Clareol, Dermavit, Aldara, Kerasal. These drugs are not direct analogs, but are similar in their effect on tumors.

According to Stefalin's instructions, the ointment has a local effect and does not affect the body as a whole and internal organs in particular.

Treatment with ointment has the following effects on tumors:

  1. Cauterizing. The presence of components in the product that can cauterize the epidermis helps to destroy the trophic connections of the papilloma with the skin. As a result, blood circulation is disrupted, and the formation does not receive the nutrition necessary for normal functioning.
  2. Antiseptic. The strong bactericidal effect that this drug has helps neutralize the action of pathogenic bacteria and pathogenic organisms, which significantly reduces the likelihood of infection of the treated area.
  3. Antiviral. The natural components of the ointment have a strong antiviral effect, which consists in destroying HPV located in papilloma cells. This helps not only to cope with this neoplasm, but also to prevent the spread of the disease to healthy skin.
  4. Anesthetic. The presence of a cauterizing effect is often accompanied by pain during treatment. Stefalin ointment contains natural anesthetics that reduce pain and make the use of the product more comfortable than when using similar drugs.
  5. Mummifying. After cauterization and disruption of nutrition in the neoplasm, it gradually mummifies. The papilloma turns into a scab, ready to be detached.
  6. Exfoliating. After necrotization and mummification, spontaneous detachment of the neoplasm occurs. It is important that this process takes place on its own, since mechanical damage during therapy can lead to bleeding and re-formation of papilloma at the site of therapy.
  7. Regenerating. Natural components nourish healthy skin cells located at the site of papilloma detachment. Thanks to this, rapid healing of the application site occurs and the formation of scars, cicatrices, and pigmentation changes is prevented.

The result of using Stefalin for papillomas

The result of treatment of papillomas with Stefalin ointment

The photo shows the result of treatment of papillomas with Stefalin ointment

The manufacturers of Stefalin note that the product penetrates deep into the neoplasm, destroys its roots and brings to the surface dead cells that have mutated as a result of the activation of HPV. Therefore, at the very beginning of treatment, the tumor being treated may first increase in size, and then gradually it should shrink and completely detach.

According to Stefalin's instructions, the duration of therapy depends on the size of the tumor, the depth of its growth into the tissues and the density of the epidermis.

When dealing with small and recent papillomas, the treatment period will be 2-3 weeks.

It can take up to 2 months to remove a neoplasm measuring 1 cm or more, which is located on the skin and is accompanied by keratinization.

Real reviews about the treatment of papillomas with Stefalin

Reviews about the treatment of papillomas with Stefalin

Stefalin has quite a lot of reviews, they mainly concern the removal of moles. However, there are also opinions from patients about using the drug to combat tumors caused by HPV. Judging by them, this ointment can be considered highly effective for these purposes.

Olesya, 29 years old, Moscow

Several years ago I developed warts on my hands. This happened after I went to seasonal agricultural work. My hands were constantly chafed, and my gloves were not individual, and that’s where I got infected. I tried different means. I started by rubbing the warts with celandine oil and grated garlic. They changed a little, but did not go away completely. Then I used medications. They severely burned the skin of my hands and removed the warts, but after a while they grew back. I read about one remedy made from medicines collected in the Carpathian mountains. When I arrived home, I started looking for it in pharmacies. It was not possible to buy Stefalin in Moscow; I had to order it from Ukraine on the Internet. The drug arrived in 2 weeks. I took the largest package because it was more economical. It took me a little less than a month to complete the treatment. Using the ointment, I removed 4 medium-sized warts on my hands. Almost a year and a half has passed since then, but there have been no relapses. I recommend the product for use.

Evgeniya, 36 years old, Rostov-on-Don

When I was visiting relatives in Odessa, they noticed the papillomas that formed all over my body after I gave birth to two children. Before this I had no problems with such tumors. But children of the same age mean decreased immunity and constant fatigue. As a result, the human papillomavirus became active. Many tumors appeared under my breasts and on my neck. Together we began to look for a cure for them. We noticed that Stefalin ointment for papillomas has a lot of positive reviews on the forum. It was noted that the remedy is also used for moles. I was scared to experiment with moles, since I had repeatedly heard that only oncologists or surgeons should remove them. But I decided to fight papillomas. Despite the fact that I had papillomas on my skin for a long time, they were small and very soft. This is probably why just 2 weeks of daily use of the ointment was enough for me to get clear skin. But as for moles, I still didn’t dare and I don’t recommend that others do it.

Vladimir, 42 years old, St. Petersburg

I periodically had genital warts on the head of my penis. He spent a huge amount of money on their removal and, it seems, practically made his urologist rich. Despite this, they returned periodically. Then I decided to try folk remedies. Some did not help, others injured the skin too much. I came across information about a folk remedy. It was noted that Stefalin is not sold in pharmacies, since it is not a medicinal product and, accordingly, is not certified. Of course, my urologist laughed at all this and said it was quackery. But considering that after so many years he still hasn’t helped me deal with this problem, I decided to try. The ointment was easy to use and there were no unpleasant sensations from its application. And, most importantly, after 3.5 weeks my skin was clear. About 2 months later, I got another condyloma in that place, and before that there were about 10 of them, but it was removed in literally 1.5 weeks. More than a year has passed since the treatment and there have been no recurrences.

Stefalin ointment has its positive and negative qualities. Patients consider its high efficiency, ease of use and fairly quick effect of use to be positive. Among the disadvantages is the fact that the drug is not certified and is sold exclusively through the manufacturer’s online representatives. In addition, this product cannot be called budgetary; its cost is higher than average in terms of the price of drugs used in the treatment of papillomas.
