The main tasks of the medical supply department are:

– Providing the medical service of the connection with the necessary equipment, medicines, medical instruments and consumables;

– Organization of timely delivery of medical equipment, medicines and consumables;

– Control over the quality of supplied goods and their compliance with standards;

– Accounting and control over the use of medical equipment;

To carry out these tasks, the medical supply department works with specialized state enterprises, manufacturers and suppliers of medical goods and services on an ongoing basis, studying their wide range, pricing policy, delivery conditions and guarantees. High-quality medical supplies have a significant impact on the health of military personnel and its improvement is one of the priorities of the medical services of the Russian Defense Ministry.
