This depends either on the food, if it is astringent, tart, rough and sticky, or soft, sticky and flowing, or on the strength: if the expelling force is strong, it pushes out, but if it is weak, it does not push out. If the strength of the abdominal muscles is great, it cleanses, but if it is weak, it does not cleanse, and the feces are blocked. If the sensitivity of the intestine is great, it requires bowel movement, but if it is weak, it does not require it. It also depends on the strength of the nature; both cold and hot nature locks feces. The treatment measures will become known to you as soon as you know the cause.
Both are connected with food - its quality and quantity, and with the state of what rushes to the liver. With a large and moist meal, which is washed down with something, there is a lot of feces, otherwise there is little. If a pure nutrient rushes into the liver in abundance, then there is little feces, and if it does not rush, there is a lot of it. From what has been said above, you know how to resist one extreme or another, counteracting the cause that gives rise to it accordingly.
