Mercillon

Mercilon is a combined oral contraceptive used to prevent pregnancy in women who use the drug regularly as contraception after they have passed adolescence. This medicine contains two active ingredients: ethinyl estradiol and desogostrel.

Mercilon was developed to reduce the risk of myocardial infarction, ischemic stroke, cerebral atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases among women. It also reduces the risk of developing breast and endometrial cancers, especially in women aged 40 to 60 years, and is effective in preventing inflammation.

Before using Mercilon, you should consult a doctor, as it is a medication that has contraindications and side effects. One of the most serious side effects is thromboembolic syndrome, which can lead to death.

This drug may also cause intermenstrual bleeding, headaches, trouble sleeping, weight gain, acne, and general fatigue. It can only be taken by men who have agreed with their doctor.
