Microsporum

Microsporum is a fungal skin disease that can affect people and animals. It is caused by microscopic fungi that live on the skin and hair. Microsporums can be both pathogenic and opportunistic.

Symptoms of microsporum in humans may include itching, redness, peeling and blistering of the skin. If left untreated, microsporum can lead to the formation of ulcers and scars on the skin.

Microsporum in animals can manifest itself in the form of hair loss, peeling of the skin and the formation of ulcers on the skin. Treatment for microsporum involves the use of antifungal drugs such as terbinafine, istrioconazole or ketoconazole.

It is important to note that microsporum is a contagious disease and can be transmitted from person to person and from animal to animal. Therefore, if symptoms of microsporum are detected, you should consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
