Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME)

Myalgic encephalomyelitis, Neuromyasthenia (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, ME) is a disease characterized by increased human fatigue (also called chronic fatigue syndrome), impaired coordination of movements, dizziness, depression and general malaise. These symptoms may persist for months or even years.

The causes of this disease have not been fully established. However, it often develops as a complication after viral infections, such as lymphoid cell (monocytic) tonsillitis. Encephalomyelitis can also manifest itself as the body’s reaction to a previous viral infection. Therefore, it is often called postviral fatigue syndrome.

**Encephalomyositis myalgic (EM)** is a severe chronic disease of the nervous system, which is characterized by a long period of loss of energy, poor sleep, headaches, dizziness, tremors of the limbs and loss of coordination. This disease is often called chronic fatigue syndrome.

One of the most common causes of EM is infectious mononucleosis, a viral disease caused by monocytic tonsillitis that is accompanied by severe weakness and headaches. However, the exact cause of EM is still unknown and requires further research.

Most cases of EM do not require treatment, provided that the symptoms gradually subside and go away over time, statistics show. However, in severe cases, medication, physical therapy and rest may be required to recuperate. You should also monitor your health and seek medical attention if you experience any unusual symptoms.

**Neuromyasthenia** is another disease of the nervous system. It is characterized by fatigue, decreased energy levels and decreased ability to exercise. There may also be problems with
