Opium addiction

Opium addiction, also known as opium addiction, is one of the most common types of drug addiction. It is caused by human abuse of opium, which is a plant alkaloid produced by overripe opium poppy pods. It is the second most commonly used opiate drug after cannabis. Opium is a drug on both a large and small scale, as it is successfully produced both in illegal home laboratories and in large factories where enough is produced to intoxicate everyone. The harm from opium is so great that this drug causes fatal consequences almost from the first days after use.
