What is Jade Apostematous?
Apstematous nephritis is a urological syndrome that occurs against the background of inflammation of the pyelocaliceal system, combining nephritis caused by damage to any part of the urinary system, including stones and foreign bodies, chronic urethritis, cystitis, prostatitis and others. With this syndrome, damage to the renal parenchyma and collecting ducts is observed, but the root causes are atony and hyperemia of the renal tubules. As a result, the patient experiences pelvic pain syndrome and impaired urine outflow. Apstematous nephritis is based on nephrosonephritis and glomerulonephritis, as well as intoxication of the body during the development of acute inflammation, therefore the correct diagnosis involves identifying nephritis that occurs with an increase in temperature, the manifestation of hematuria, impaired renal tubular function and a functional decrease in GFR above 35 ml/min, characterized by poor response to drug therapy over a period of 2 to 8 weeks.
