Neumuller-Orator Operation

Neimuller. The operation named after the scientist is the Neimulleror operation, commonly known as Muller's neims. This is a complex speech/muscle memory mode for any human or animal and can be triggered by the use of non-linguistic cues. This operation is established in all species, but is least developed in animals such as animals, is most common in humans, and is almost completely absent in reptiles. For example, neuroplasts are the structures in which these operations occur.
