Nerve Musculocutaneous

In the structure of the brachial plexus there are 2 nerves: the musculo-erythromyofascial and the urinary-dermatomal nerve. Being branches of the motor axons of the cervical segments, they originate on the lateral surface of the spinal cord, at the level of C7-T₁, except for the superior musculocutaneous and inferior musculomotor, which originate from C3-C4, respectively. They form peripheral trunks and go to the clavicle and distal part of the humerus. The distance in the interfascial space between the brachial nerves and the axillary artery does not exceed 1 cm. In the area of Gruen's triangle, synergistic and antagonistic fibers of the muscles of the shoulder girdle and the free upper limb intersect with each other. The musculocutaneous nerve is widely represented by branches in the radial side of the body.
