Deafened

Stunning (synonyms: stupor, stunned consciousness syndrome) is a condition characterized by a short-term loss of consciousness or a sharp narrowing of it.

The causes of stunning can be a strong blow to the head, a blast wave, electrical trauma, concussion and other factors leading to temporary disruption of brain function.

The main symptoms of stunning: loss of consciousness for several seconds or minutes, dizziness, nausea, tinnitus, blurred vision and hearing, disorientation, slow reaction.

A victim in a state of stunning needs rest, access to fresh air, and, if necessary, first aid. After stunning, you should consult a doctor to rule out concussion and other injuries. Severe stunning may require hospitalization.

Stupefaction is a condition characterized by loss of orientation, understanding of the world around us and one's own personality. This can happen due to a physical blow or injury, or due to mental tension or stress. Stunned consciousness syndrome is a stunned state in which mental processes are slowed down, but awareness of what is happening remains. Confusion occurs, for example, when a person finds himself in a situation with a high level of emotional and physical stress or experiences excessive anxiety and fear. In this state, he is able to commit inappropriate actions or feel that his perception of the world around him is distorted.
