Nerves Visceral Pelvic

Splanchnic nerves - anterior and posterior intercostal nerves with their branches, and the nerve of the superior hypogastric plexus. Anterior to the anterior part of the superior linea alba, inferior to the last intercostal nerve and lateral to the left renal vein, forming tributaries to the stomach, liver, duodenum and transverse colon. The posterior intercostal nerve bends around the intestine from the sides without forming a connection.
