Nestitherapy

Nestitherapy is a treatment method based on fasting. It was developed at the end of the 20th century and became popular in Europe and the USA. The essence of the method is to fast for several days or even weeks.

Fasting helps cleanse the body of toxins and waste, improves the functioning of the immune system, and also reduces stress levels. Additionally, fasting can help you lose weight and improve skin health.

However, before you start nestitherapy, you need to consult your doctor and make sure that you have no contraindications to this treatment method. It is also important to properly prepare for fasting and follow all doctor’s recommendations.

Non-systherapy is an effective method of treating and preventing diseases, based on the understanding that a person can influence his own body.

When the doctor performs the procedure, the patient initially calms down, becomes stronger emotionally, and understands how important it is to take care of his body.

Nesitherapy has been known since ancient times and was based on the Tibetan teaching of influencing bodily health through visualization and mental exercises. This ancient practice strengthens willpower, develops the ability for deep meditation, and improves concentration. During this process, a person perceives his body “from the inside”, learns to “work” with it correctly and improve its condition.

In its development, nestitherapy managed to penetrate beyond the boundaries of the human psyche and penetrate into the world of the collective unconscious, something that people had never done before. “Nonsinotherapy” pays attention not only to the physical body, but also to the spiritual world of a person and allows one to achieve spiritual balance. This type of hypnotherapy is distinguished by its ability to shift attention and develop self-awareness. It restores the integration of body, spirit and soul, allowing physical and psychological well-being to be independent of the environment. Nesitetrapapia has developed a special program that teaches people to pay attention to themselves “from the inside.” The technique was created by Greg Lozau, a former director of methamphetamine production, who quit drugs after turning to doctors, helped himself and managed to build a successful career and personal life. It was subsequently published in his book Enlighten: The Psychedelic Cure. Laws first discovered the psychological roots of addiction in his own experience and gave it new scientific meaning when he again became interested in psychedelics, now under the general supervision of doctors. As a result, he began to spread the word about his achievements and inspired many others to do so. This led to the development of a technique we call non-therapy.
