Nicodin

Nicodin is a choleretic, bacteriostatic and bactericidal agent.

Indications for use:

  1. Cholecystitis
  2. Hepatitis
  3. Urinary tract infections
  4. Gastroenteritis

Directions for use and dosage:

Take 0.5-1 g (1-2 tablets) orally 3-4 times a day before meals with 1/2 glass of water.

Nicodine is a synthetic drug that has a yellow or orange tint and contains the active substance hydroxymethyl nicotamide. Nicodin belongs to the group of drugs used as choleretic drugs. It is used to treat cholecystitis, hepatocytocholestosis and urinary tract infections.

Nicodin is available in the form of 0.5 g tablets, which can be taken regardless of meals with a sufficient amount of water. The maximum daily dose is 750 mg, which means you can take three 50 mg tablets.
