Description Application FAQ Reviews

Skin masks are perhaps the most effective way to protect, nourish and restore our skin.

For our skin, exhausted by poor ecology, stress and other costs of modern living conditions, they are a real salvation. For the skin of a modern woman, applying a good mask can be compared to a walk by a city dweller visiting the village through the dew or relaxing in a good sanatorium, as opposed to visiting a spa salon. Of course, provided that this mask consists of natural ingredients. The composition of the mask is very important because... We apply the mask to the skin for a fairly long time, from 15 to 60 minutes. Accordingly, during this time your body will absorb a large amount of the substances that are in the mask.

The effect of cosmetic masks is varied: some soften, nourish and strengthen the skin, others have a degreasing and astringent effect on it, and others whiten it. Many have healing properties: relieve irritation and inflammation, shrink pores, cleanse the skin; others have only a cosmetic effect - nourish, moisturize, tone, etc.

But, the problem, as always, is that many industrial masks contain parabens, preservatives, surfactant flavors and other substances harmful to health. Such a mask can cause significant harm to your skin, and the instant effect it has on the skin is just an illusion of health. In addition, the disadvantages of masks made from chemical components include their narrow focus: as a rule, a specific mask is suitable only for a certain skin type and copes with only one problem.

We bring to your attention a natural mask for the skin of the face and body. This is a 100% natural product and your skin will only benefit. This is a “Neem” mask, it contains only the leaves of the Azadirachta Indica plant, ground into powder. Despite such a simple composition, this mask has a wide spectrum of action and prevents many skin problems.

Plant Аzadirachta Indica - This is the Neem tree. Neem is a fast growing tree that usually reaches a height of 15-20 m, and under very favorable conditions up to about 30-35 m. This tree is considered to be of divine origin. According to Indian mythology, the elixir of immortality was carried to the sky and a few drops fell on the Neem tree. An old Indian proverb says that in the land where Neem trees grow, there is no place for death and disease. The United Nations has awarded the neem tree the honorary title of “tree of the 21st century.” It has been officially recognized throughout the world as “the most promising plant of the future for study and use.” In medicine and cosmetology, different parts of the plant are used for different purposes: bark, branches, flowers, seeds, leaves. In our mask we use only neem tree leaves.

There is also an old legend about how one king was looking for the best healer in his country. He gathered many famous doctors from various places and the king appointed them a test. They were all presented with a tray containing ten unlabeled bottles. The king told them “in the first bottle there is a remedy for the treatment of hemorrhoids, in the second there is a remedy that helps renew the skin, in the third there is a potion to treat diabetes, the fourth remedy is simply excellent in treating toothache, the fifth will help get rid of dandruff, the sixth relieves excess weight, the seventh stops bleeding from wounds, the eighth helps with nausea, the ninth heals ulcers and wounds, and the tenth has a cleansing effect on the blood.” The doctors looked at the ten unsigned bottles, but the king did not let them speak, he said that he did not need to determine the name of all these remedies, he only wanted to be told the main component. Needless to say, the best healer was the one who, having studied all these remedies, said that they all contain Neem.

The first chemical studies of Neem were undertaken by Indian scientists in 1919. But significant discoveries were made only in 1942, when 3 main components were isolated, namely Nimbin, nimbidin and nimbinene. In recent years, scientists from different countries have been very carefully studying the healing, cosmetic and rejuvenating properties of this plant. They have also already come to the conclusion that the substances contained in Neem can very effectively cure a number of diseases, and at the same time they do not cause side effects, which are very characteristic of most “magic” remedies that are full of modern pharmacies and cosmetic stores.

If your skin is evenly colored, smooth, elastic, clean and fresh, free of such imperfections as pores, acne, dilated blood vessels, and also tolerates washing with soap and water, various cosmetics, and decorative cosmetics, then it is normal. When caring for such skin, all efforts should be made to keep it in this condition for as long as possible. In this case, you need to do the Neem mask 1-2 times a month and keep it for 15 minutes.

Oily skin looks rough and shiny. Sometimes it looks like an orange peel. Sebum released in excess, combining with rejected skin flakes and dust, forms plugs in the openings of the sebaceous glands - comedones ("blackheads"), acne easily appears on it, which can become inflamed. Neem is a salvation for people with problematic, oily or combination skin. After the mask, the skin seems to be tightened and smoothed, it becomes fresh, firm and more elastic. Neem is also good for dry skin, but in this case you do not need to add a lot of cosmetic oil, such as Argan.

Neem is useful for any skin type because: eliminates inflammatory, metabolic and allergic phenomena on the skin; helps eliminate acne, whitens and rejuvenates the skin; has antiseptic, antiviral, antifungal effects and many others.

How it works?
Neem leaves contain many beneficial substances. They are released from the plant when interacting with water or oils. The number of useful substances contained in Neem leaves is more than 200. The main components of Neem leaves: Nimbin, Nimbidin, Gedunin, Quercetin - have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, protofungal and antibacterial properties. Vitamin C - intensively stimulates the processes of renewal and rejuvenation in the skin: evens out complexion, enhances collagen synthesis, and increases the protective functions of the skin. Sulfur - controls the level of sebum, improves skin color Carotene - protects the skin from free radicals and activates the human body’s natural defenses against solar radiation, prevents the process of destruction of cell membranes, and prevents the aging process. Glutamic acid - regulates the acid-base balance and tightens the skin, stimulates the production of new skin cells and slows down its aging. Cystine - promotes collagen formation and improves skin elasticity and texture. Accelerate tissue healing after cuts and burns. Alanine - performs a moisturizing function, reduces moisture loss, improves the water balance of the skin. Tyrosine - affects different stages of the skin pigmentation process and noticeably lightens existing age spots and evens out complexion. Flavonoids - wrinkles are smoothed out, the facial contour is tightened, the skin becomes elastic and firm.

Neem is called "Sarva Roga Nimarini" - a cure for all diseases. This, as usual, is a bit of an exaggeration, but for problematic skin prone to constant inflammation or, more simply, acne, neem can become a real Sarva Roga Nimarini, no matter what anyone jokes about the extremely specific aroma of its oil.

Both neem oil itself and neem powder are used for cosmetic purposes. The latter, without any doubt, is much more convenient due to the almost complete absence of odor.

Oil smells differently for everyone, but almost everyone agrees that it smells somewhat stinky. It could be the smell of pea soup with rotted onions, the smell of slightly rotten garlic, the smell of a poorly ventilated vegetable warehouse, or even the aroma of long-unwashed socks. Here, as everywhere else, there are so many noses, so many opinions.

But for its amazing healing properties, neem oil is forgiven for its extremely specific aroma. Plus, it’s a lot of fun: smell the oil and decide what it smells like to you. On the Internet, real discussions are flaring up on this topic, and perhaps entire communities and even forums will soon appear.

Another use of neem is internal. Here, too, the leader is powder in capsules, but some manage to eat oil as well. They say it is quite edible with rye bread. The main thing is not to forget to brush your teeth and rinse your mouth properly.

Neem taken internally helps to quickly cope with colds and inflammations, again heals the skin, without giving acne a chance to even hint at its possible imminent appearance. It also helps with digestive problems, including putrefactive processes and other extremely unpleasant phenomena in the intestines.

For problem skin, neem oil is used spot-on, applied to acne, added to all kinds of masks, usually clay ones, and homemade creams are made with it. In the latter case, it is better to classify this oil as an asset rather than a fatty phase. However, there are recipes where neem also acts as part of the fatty phase. Another way to use neem oil for acne is to make homemade soap with it, using it as an oil additive.

You can muffle the rare neem aroma with ethers. Bergamot and tea tree essential oils are often recommended here. They seem to ennoble it, not killing the smell, but making it extremely perversely refined. Sometimes it is believed that this vigorous spirit is best combined with ylang-ylang esters, although this is difficult to even imagine.

Neem powder or powder is used in the same way as oil. It can also be applied to the face and body in its pure form, as a therapeutic night powder. Use a clean brush or puff to powder over your regular nighttime product. In the morning, you definitely won’t be waiting for another pimple that has popped up out of nowhere; the existing pimples will have dried out significantly.

The powder diluted with water or a decoction of herbs will become an excellent anti-inflammatory mask for the skin. You can add the powder to other masks as one of the ingredients. Fanatics often mix neem powder with neem oil, which may or may not be too much.

Today I will tell you about the wonderful Neem face mask from Soap Nuts LLC, which had a great effect on my skin!

Description:
This is a powder for the care of problem skin. Absolutely natural natural remedy, no additives, 100% powder and dried neem leaves (Azadirachta indica), volume 100 ml.
It is sold in a square paper package with a transparent bag of powder inside.
The powder itself is very finely ground, reminiscent of mustard, only greenish in color. It smells like something spicy and woody at the same time.

It feels soft to the touch like powder. The taste is very bitter; contact with lips and eyes should be avoided.

Mode of application.
I take one tablespoon of powder (enough for me) and pour it with hot water until it reaches the consistency of liquid sour cream. Let it sit for 15 minutes and stir. I apply it to my face for 15 minutes.

During this entire time, the mask practically does not tighten the skin, and you feel freshness.

The effect will not take long to appear. If you use the mask regularly 1-2 times a week, the skin noticeably acquires a matte surface, oily shine is removed with a bang, rashes are reduced, and pores are narrowed.

In addition, the Neem mask has many more properties, listed below:

– cleanses from fungi, parasites and toxins
- an effective remedy against psoriasis, eczema and other skin diseases
- effective against dandruff and lice
- promotes healing of wounds and burns
- helps with insect bites
- has pesticide properties.

As you can see, Neem has many different methods of use and many different positive effects. And I haven’t used those other methods, except on the face, but I’m sure that it copes well with many problems and diseases.

After using the mask, your face becomes smooth, soft and fresh. It evens out the complexion, I really like that the mask has powerful antiseptic activity, which is extremely necessary for my sensitively oily and problematic skin.
I used Neem only on my face for several months and I saw results! The pimples that appeared regularly before Women's Day have decreased significantly and become less noticeable.

The mask will last a long time because you only need a little bit for one use.

I recommend the Neem mask for problematic, oily and combination skin! Normal and dry skin is also suitable, just before applying to the mask you should add a few drops of your favorite essential oil - and you will be happy!
