Oktagham

Octagam is a drug intended for replacement therapy and prevention of infections caused by immune deficiency of various origins. It is an immunoglobulin drug and is produced in Switzerland, Austria and Germany.

The drug contains an active substance - human normal type immunoglobulin, which is a protein complex of immunoglobulin antibodies obtained from the blood serum of healthy donors.

The drug is recommended for use in various immunodeficiency conditions, such as agamma globulinemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, chronic infection with HIV, vascular diseases, congenital immune deficiency, etc. However, it should be remembered that the use of the drug must be strictly controlled and prescribed by a doctor.
