Ostertagiosis

Osteotargiosis is a serious disease that can lead to serious health consequences and even death if not treated promptly. This infectious disease is caused by bacteria of the species Salmonella typhi (typhoid bacillus). Bacteria enter the body through dirty water or food contaminated with bacteria. After entering the stomach, bacteria multiply there, and if your immune system cannot cope with them, they penetrate into the blood, spread throughout the body and begin to affect bones, joints, liver and other organs.

Osteotarsial infection usually affects children and older adults, but can also occur in young adults. Symptoms of the disease may include fever, headaches, joint pain, skin rashes and other symptoms of infections. If you suspect that you or someone you love may have osteotargia, contact your doctor immediately.

Treatment for osteotarragy usually involves antibiotics given for several weeks.
