A synchronous type electrocardiostimulator is an analogue of a waiting type electrocardiostimulator. The difference lies in the frequency of the oscillator. The frequency of the oscillating generator coincides with the frequency of the sinusoidal pulse. This avoids layering and possibly provides a more effective effect on the heart muscle. Electrocardiostimulators are intended to stimulate the heart when it is impossible to achieve intraventricular hemodynamics and drug therapy.
