Panadein

Panadeine is a combined pain reliever containing two active ingredients - codeine and paracetamol.

Action. Thanks to the combination of codeine and paracetamol, Panadeine has a pronounced analgesic effect. Codeine is an opioid analgesic that has a central analgesic effect. Paracetamol is a non-opioid analgesic that inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system, providing a peripheral analgesic effect.

Indications. Panadeine is indicated for migraines, headaches, toothaches, rheumatism, neuralgia, arthritis, colds, and flu.

Directions for use and dosage. Take orally with a glass of water.

Adults: 1-2 tablets every 4 hours. No more than 8 tablets can be taken in 24 hours.

Children 7-12 years old: 1/2 - 1 tablet every 4 hours. No more than 4 tablets per day.

Contraindications. The drug is contraindicated in children under 7 years of age.
