Paracoccal

Parapertussis is an infectious disease caused by Borrelia. Whooping cough is an acute infectious disease. The disease is transmitted by airborne droplets during talking and coughing of a sick person. The most common places of transmission are kindergartens and schools. Older children rarely get this disease because they develop their own immunity to whooping cough. Whooping cough is very dangerous for newborns and babies in the first months of life. At this age, the chances of contracting this dangerous infection with serious consequences are highest. The inflammatory process affecting lung tissue that occurs during whooping cough can lead to inflammation of the trachea, bronchi, nervous system and other organs. But the most dangerous thing is that in severe cases, such infections can be fatal. It is also worth noting that the inflammatory process in such lungs can lead to quite serious consequences for the body’s immune system. It can occur either immediately after undergoing a course of treatment for whooping cough, or after a longer period of time after the illness. Women who have recovered from the disease may experience false or early menopause as negative consequences.
