Periduodenal epimesenteric is an inflammation of the periluminal mucous membrane of the gland and the tissues that surround it. This is the most common disease of the duodenum and the only inflammation in the abdominal cavity affecting the submucosal layer.
A supramesenteric periduodenal cyst is a common cystic disease in the peritoneum that represents a subperiduodenal accumulation of fluid. The inflammatory process usually does not affect pancreatic tissue or adjacent anatomical structures unless there is an infection. Clinical manifestations include dull abdominal pain, changes in digestion, bladder formation, and intermittent vomiting of bile. An abdominal type tumor appears gradually, sometimes asymptomatically. It is accompanied by nausea, vomiting and loss of tension in the upper abdominal muscles. Pain relief is the first and most reliable treatment
