Periurethral gland (PG) adenoma is a benign tumor of the pancreas that usually occurs in men 40-75 years old. The pancreas is located in the tissues of the penis next to the urethra and is the main organ of external male urination.
Pancreatic adenoma can be asymptomatic or accompanied by various manifestations, such as purulent inflammation, blood in the urine, pain when urinating, etc. As a rule, treatment of pancreatic adenoma comes down to surgical removal of the tumor.
