Pneumonia Pseudolobar

Pseudobrane pneumonia is an inflammatory lesion of the interstitial tissue of the lung. Another name is Viporous pneumonitis. Symptoms: fever for 4 days, then 2x8. cough with or without sputum, hard breathing in the lower lobes, dizziness, prolonged tachycardia outside the clinic. Pseudobar pneumonia is difficult to diagnose and treat. One of the effective approaches for such diseases is empirical therapy using flemoklav with clavulanic acid or quinine. And in case of exacerbation and development of an abscess, thoracoscopy is indicated.
